Even when it’s so cold that the water rides freeze, the Haystack Cyclone dryer is on hand to warm people up.
The Haystack engineering crew attended Valleyfair in Minnesota this Spring to inspect and perform the regular maintenance on the dryer and found that the entire area was frozen solid with the exception of the Haystack Dryer. This was being used to keep workers warm when they were out in the cold in freezing temperatures.
Head engineer, Andrew Holes said, “when you are working in sub-freezing temperatures, jumping in to the dryer is like escaping to the warm sunning weather for a short time, and really helps keep the frostbite away!”.
Proof that you don’t need to be wet to enjoy the Cyclone!
