The Company

Haystack Dryers was founded in 2000 and has grown to become the world's leading manufacturer of body dryers. The company has established itself as a major industry player, necessitating an advanced manufacturing plant and offices on both sides of the Atlantic.

The company underwent significant growth under the leadership and direction of Paul Thomas. Paul has over 20 years experience in the leisure industry and has been able to embark on a rapid expansion programme alongside a knowledgeable team of industry professionals and skilled engineers.

The company  works alongside hundreds of visitor attractions throughout the UK, Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East - across 38 countries and counting.  The portfolio includes theme parks, water parks, resorts, hotels, leisure centres, spas and gyms alongside some of the biggest group operators and visitor attractions in the industry.

Business Practices and Achievements

Haystack pride themselves on utilising local supply chains and strive to reduce CO2 emissions with modern and environmentally aware manufacturing processes.  The company is proud to have been accredited with Safe Contractor status to ensure the highest standard of health and saftey is being met in the factory and during customer installations.

The products themselves are engineered to be energy efficient and help companies reduce their carbon footprint.  Air is recycled and cleaned to eliminate the requirement to constantly heat the ambient temperature. Our Turbodry® heater system has been designed and manufactured to be the most durable and reliable drying product in the market.

Haystack Dryers have been awarded the Industry Innovation Award by the World Waterpark Association, "Brass Ring" runner-up at the IAAPA exhibition in the USA and the EEF South West business award for export and business growth.

Haystack Dryers were honoured to win a Queen's Award for Enterprise - the UK’s highest accolade for business success which led to a presentation at Buckingham Palace and the Royal seal of approval!
